Andy Kim, MSW

Social Worker | Mental Health Advocate | Human Rights Defender | Therapist

Hello! I’m Andy, founder of Behavior Group, a multifaceted firm that seeks fundamental change on both a micro and macro level. As a social worker and mental health advocate, I seek to empower disenfranchised communities and my fellow human.

I offer psychotherapy and counseling services in WA State. Although I practice evidence-based therapy, every individual has idiosyncrasies and unique factors that will impact how they respond to various modalities. Before any specific modality or strategy is implemented, I seek to understand your needs, thoughts, and desires through a comprehensive assessment and evaluation. This approach helps determine whether a therapeutic relationship would be suitable or if another option would be more appropriate.

My practice is grounded in principles of service, compassion, and understanding; and I never waver on my principles. My specialties include ADHD, neurodivergence, OCD, minor depression, immigration and diaspora, cultural conflict and identity, burnout, and narcissistic abuse recovery.

I hope to learn about who you are as a person. Life can be both beautiful and challenge, and while therapy does not provide all the answers, my goal is to advocate for you and support you as we navigate a complex world.
